 Yes. All anglers are required to have a valid Oregon fishing license and appropriate tags for salmon or steelhead. These can be purchased online through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife or at local retailers before your trip. 


 The Rogue River offers great fishing opportunities throughout the year. Spring and fall are best for salmon, while steelhead fishing is productive during both summer and winter months. 


 

We recommend bringing:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing (layers) 
  • Rain gear 
  • Snacks and drinks 
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen 
  • Your fishing license 

We provide all rods, reels, and tackle needed for the trip.


We specialize in salmon and steelhead fishing on the Rogue River, including spring and fall Chinook salmon as well as summer and winter steelhead. 


 Most trips are half-day or full-day experiences, depending on the season and what you’re targeting. We’ll go over timing and expectations when you book your trip. 


Trips typically launch between Shady Cove, Oregon and Grants Pass, Oregon depending on river conditions and where the fish are located. 


 Absolutely. Whether it’s your first time fishing or you’ve been doing it for years, we tailor each trip to your experience level and make sure you feel comfortable and confident on the water. 


 We keep a close eye on weather and river conditions. If conditions are unsafe or not ideal, we’ll work with you to reschedule your tri
